THE ART OF BOUNDARIES AND DESIRES: Date Night For Couples
Overview
Every thriving relationship begins with one essential skill: knowing how to give and receive touch in a way that feels good for both people.
Join us for an intimate, experiential workshop that introduces you to the Wheel of Consent® which is a simple and transformative framework that brings clarity, honesty, and play into both your verbal and non-verbal connection.
This evening is designed specifically for couples who want to:
- Communicate desires and boundaries with confidence and tenderness
- Create safety, ease, and deeper trust in physical and emotional intimacy
- Reignite curiosity and playfulness in how you touch and connect
- Understand the difference between “doing for you” and “doing for me” and why it matters
Through guided practices, discussions, and playful activities, you will:
- Explore the two dynamics of touch in the Wheel of Consent
- Learn simple body-based tools to say yes, no, or not yet with clarity
- Discover how to stay grounded when your partner brings intensity or vulnerability
- Bring more authenticity, safety, and freedom into your connection
All practices are optional, fully clothed, and trauma-informed.
You will leave with a shared language of consent, clarity, and connection. This becomes the foundation for deeper pleasure and a more satisfying partnership.

What Participants Are Saying
"I feel much more relaxed about sharing touch and engaging in sexual activities now. I initiate more, which hasn't happened for a long time. My biggest takeaway: I've realized that having boundaries and saying No is not a bad thing. It makes me feel safer, freer, and more playful."
— Miri, 40
"This workshop gave me a totally new perspective on communication and connection. It helped me define my boundaries and apply them in everyday life. Zhanna creates a safe and relaxed environment where exploring intimate things feels comfortable."
— Anna, 36
"The most helpful outcome was having a shared language to use with my partner. The biggest benefit: a new way to take care of oneself and each other, increasing intimacy with partners, friends, and humanity."
— Ahmed, 42 (Clinical Psychologist)
"Learning the Wheel of Consent helped me open to deeper trust, improve communication, and step into the next chapter of our marriage with a healthier attitude."
— Maria, 45
