About this event

Health • Mental health

Authentic Relating is a set of practices that help you drop the masks, slow down, and meet others (and yourself) with more presence, curiosity, and truth. Through guided exercises, we’ll explore how to speak and listen from the heart, notice the subtle cues in connection, and stay rooted in your body — even in moments of vulnerability.

This is not about being perfect, “positive,” or polished. It’s about being real — and learning how to create a space where others can be real with you too.

You’ll leave feeling:

  • More grounded and connected to yourself
  • Seen and heard without judgment
  • Equipped with practical tools for deeper, more conscious communication
  • Reassured that you’re not alone in your longings

No experience necessary. Just bring your breath, your curiosity, and your willingness to show up as you are.
