Are the group coaching calls live?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you get live coaching for 2 hours each week! You will learn new skills and practice tools to help you learn the components of integrated attachment style. You will discover your attachment style, learn to master your emotions, understand and communicate your needs, and set healthy boundaries.

What if I need to miss a live coaching call? Are they recorded?

Accepted Answer

If you need to miss a live call, you can watch the recorded version after it is available. You will have access to the replay each week plus all of the course materials for the week.

Question 3

Will I have do to any homework?

Accepted Answer

We will have time each week to practice our tools together, however much of the integration is done in between our weekly sessions. It is up to you how much work you choose to put into practicing your tools and making time to do some of the workbook exercises and reflections.

What if I don't know what my attachment style is?

That's fine if you don't know what your attachment style is.  On Week 1, we will dive into the different attachment styles so you will learn all of the characteristics of your own attachment style, plus we will learn what it takes to begin to start healing your attachments.
