This event dives into how embracing joy and awe can transform the aging process into a vibrant, enriching adventure. Whether you're looking to enhance your own journey or support a loved one, come discover inspiring ways to live fully at every age. Let's celebrate the beauty of growing older—together!

Julie Gahimer is a physical therapist who is celebrating her 38th year of teaching at the University of Indianapolis (UIndy). She teaches courses in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program on the topics of health promotion and wellness. She is a Certified Laughter Leader. She has presented to numerous non-profit organizations on the topics of laughter, awe, and joy. She is an affiliated faculty member of the Center for Aging and Community at UIndy. She likes spending time and traveling with her three grown daughters. She also enjoys volunteering, cooking, snow skiing, hiking, boating, and cycling.
