Overview
The Art and Practice of Letting Go
Join us in person for a chill session all about letting go — whether it’s stress, old habits, or just the stuff weighing you down. This event is your chance to unwind, reflect, and learn how to embrace freedom and peace in everyday life. No fluff, just real talk and practical tips. Come as you are and leave lighter!
A mindful pause in the new year:
clear what’s no longer needed and create space for renewal & joy.
Join Meditation Coach Anja Schneider of Salt Air Spirit & Certified Forest Therapy Guide Nev Hoffman of Blue Fern Forest Bathing for a restorative day of mindfulness, movement, and reflection in the peaceful hearth warmed event room and surroundings of the Center for Wildlife.
Through guided Qigong, meditation, forest bathing, and gentle rituals you’ll learn to release old patterns, reconnect with your body, and welcome new intentions with calm clarity. Each part of the day offers a practice in letting go and returning home to yourself.
