Join us for a transformative, full day, seaside retreat, where we will explore the alchemy of grief in a supportive and nurturing environment. This in-person gathering will take place at the picturesque Marina del Rey Hotel, offering a serene backdrop for reflection and healing. Connect with others as we create and express our emotions, using elements of yoga, dance, poetry, astroglogy, and acupuncture . Lunch and goody bag included! 11AM Opening circle and Intro to Grief and Alchemy

11:30PM Yoga Flow and Guided Meditation

12PM Poetry Workshop

1PM Dance and Creative Movement

2:30PM Astrology and Human Design

3:30PM Yin and Pin (restorative yoga and acupuncture)

4:30PM Closing Circle
