​A free, hands-on workshop for professionals ready to rethink how work gets done in a world where AI exists.

​Using AI effectively is less of a tech barrier and more of a human creativity barrier.

​AI is forcing us to learn entirely new ways of working. If we want to see exponential gains from AI-inspired workflows, we have to rethink how work gets done, what's worth our time, and what's actually possible in a world where AI exists.

​But those new work modes haven't been fully realized yet. Mass adoption of AI has happened, but effective use hasn't. There's still an opportunity to become an early adopter of effective AI use, and not just another ChatGPT user account.

​For one hour each month, we focus on inspiring you to approach problems differently, think in exponentials, and reimagine what's possible in the way that you work.

Two Stages of AI Integration

​Stage 1: Apply AI to the work you already do

​Use AI to do what you're currently doing—better, faster, more efficiently.

​Stage 2: Apply AI in ways different than how you're currently working

​This requires rethinking how you work and what you spend your time on. It's only possible once you understand what AI can actually do and how it can help. This comes through consistent practice and expanded thinking.

​These workshops focus on both stages, with an emphasis on helping you move from Stage 1 to Stage 2.

How The Workshop Works

​Part 1: Review the Workflow (20 min)

​I'll walk through the AI workflow for that month—how to create it, how to execute it correctly, and ideas for how to adapt it to your work.

​Part 2: Practice (20 min)

​Apply it to your industry, your work, your current needs. This is hands-on implementation time.

​Part 3: Share & Refine (20 min)

​Volunteers share how it went, and we evaluate and refine your workflow as a group. You'll leave with actionable feedback and a clearer sense of how AI works.
