“Grief is the painful and often unhappy emotional reaction to a significant loss.” Grief changes our lives and at times leave us feeling numb and hopeless. The Bible teaches us in the very first sentence of Psalm 34:18 (AMP) that, “The Lord is near to the heartbroken.”

How can we continue to live a fruitful life while our heart and soul (mind, will, and emotions) are under repair? How can we continue to honor the loss with an emotional balance through the strength of the Holy Father.

This workshop will speak to grief, emotions, and tips to help us heal and grow through our loss.

Join us online for a heartfelt session where will share practical tips and supportive advice to help you navigate grief. Whether it is recent or from a while ago, learning how to cope can make a difference. You are not alone on this journey!
