About this event

Health • Personal health

This is a special 2-month journey, running from August 4th to October 10th, 2025, held three mornings a week — every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00 AM (AEST). This morning practice is here to help you build steady and meaningful routine. One that supports your body, mind, emotions, and connects you with others doing the same.

Each 30–40 minute session is designed as a gentle but powerful ritual to begin your day with clarity and intention. Together, we move through simple grounding practices that include:

  • Gentle warm-up and movement (can be done in bed)
  • Breathwork and/or Meditation practice
  • Closing with reflection, journaling, or gratitude sharing

To prepare for the class: a glass of boiled (half hot/half cold water) to start each session with a gental awakening of the body system; comfortable clothes (pyjamas are welcome), headphones (for better focus, optional), notebook and pen. No previous experience is needed—this space is open to all levels and all genders.

This practice is designed to:

  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Improve focus, sleep, and emotional clarity
  • Reconnect you with yourself and your values
  • Offer structure during times of stress or uncertainty
  • Help you build a habit that truly makes a difference over time

The 6AM Ritual is offered by donation to make it more accessible—especially for those going through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or financial difficulty. If you need support, this space is for you. If you are in a position to contribute, your support is deeply appreciated - it helps to sustain this offering and allows me to continue doing this. (scroll to the bottom of ticket options to find the donation one)

Whether you're navigating stress, looking to deepen your inner connection, or simply wanting to start the day with presence and purpose—you're warmly welcome.

Let’s build something steady together.

About the facilitator:

My name is Vasilisa, and I’ve been walking the path of yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry for for about eight years. My approach is grounded in empathy, simplicity, and real-life experience—offering practices that meet you where you are, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I’ve completed one full year of foundational yoga studies and am currently finishing a second year of advanced diploma training, focused on therapeutic applications of yoga across life stages and health conditions. I work with clients from all different groups and needs—those going through cancer treatment, elders over 70, and people navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection.

I believe in the power of consistency, in sustainable support, and in creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and feel part of something meaningful. My approach is down to earth, holistic. I would love to guide you back to yourself, to your own rythm, and resilience.

Frequently asked questions

What if I've never done breathwork or meditation before?

That’s completely okay. This space is for all levels. Every practice is gentle, accessible, inviting, and guided with clear, supportive instructions. I always offer different options and give space to pause. You don’t need any previous experience—just curiosity and a willingness to show up.

What do I need to prepare before joining?

Ideally, have a quiet space, your phone or laptop, headphones (if needed), notebook and pen, and a hot or warm glass of water ready at the start. A yoga mat is optional can practice in bed. You might also like to have a cushion or blanket to sit on comfortably during breathwork or meditation.

What time should I log in?

We start at 6:00 AM sharp (AEST). It’s best to log in 2–3 minutes early so you can settle in and begin calmly with the group. Please keep your microphone muted unless I invite you to share, so we can maintain a quiet and focused space for everyone.

How often do these sessions run?

Currently, I run these live sessions three mornings a week. You’re welcome to join as often as you can—even attending once can bring a shift, but regularity helps build deeper benefit and rhythm.

What does "donation-based" mean?

This offering is designed to be accessible. If you’re going through a tough time, you’re welcome to join for free—your presence is enough. If you’re in a position to contribute, donations help support the time and energy I put into holding this space. Even small contributions make a difference.

Is there a suggested donation amount?

There’s no set minimum, but if you’re looking for a guide, $10–15 per session is a generous and sustainable range. But truly—give what feels right for you.

Do I have to share at the end?

Not at all. The last 5 minutes includes optional space to share your gratitude, a reflection, or simply hold space for others. You can listen silently, or share whatever feels natural to you.
