About this event
Through our own journeys of connecting with ourselves and with nature, we have been deeply inspired by Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
Earth represents stability, our roots, presence, predictability, holding, and integration.
Water invites movement, nurturance, emotionality, and the ability to adapt to life’s waves and rhythms.
Fire speaks to transformation, direction, and change, it illuminates our desires, power, sense of self, and passion.
Air is the rhythm of our breath and voice, our way of communicating. By nature, it is unpredictable, light, erratic, uplifting, and ever-moving.
Ether is the space between all things, the intangible that permeates the universe. It holds pure potential, connectedness, and the unseen. This empty space is a wellspring from which creativity is birthed, a place of perception and receiving.
The five elements are not just poetic metaphors, they are deeply practical tools for self-understanding, healing, and awakening.
In Ancient Indian philosophy, and within traditions like Ayurveda, these elements are considered the building blocks of the universe, and of you.
We invite you to approach each element with curiosity — not only to understand what it represents, but to explore what it reveals within you and the wisdom it offers, so you can begin to weave its teachings into your everyday life.
We are not here to “balance all your elements” in three hours, instead, this is part of a lifelong unfolding...
This is an exploration and a return to what already lives within you. By observing the elements in our bodies, minds, and emotions, we begin to deepen our understanding of our true nature and how to live in harmony with it, both individually and as part of a collective.
This workshop is a space to welcome the full spectrum of emotion, a place where you are invited to come exactly as you are: soft or fiery, uncertain or calm, tender or bold.
At the heart of this series is a simple, powerful intention: to explore human connection, with ourselves, with one another and with the elements, allowing their wisdom to shape our time together.
There is no fixed way this connection should look or feel. Instead, we invite you into a space of curiosity, to notice what arises, to feel what’s present, and to explore what this means for you.
Your Facilitators
Ursula
Ursula Griffiths is a yoga teacher, holistic massage therapist, emotional release facilitator, keen meditator, Reiki practitioner, and passionate explorer of life. Her journey with yoga began at the age of 9, when she first encountered the practice in school, igniting a spark of awe and inspiration.
Through her own life experiences and personal practice, Ursula has come to realise that everything we need for healing already resides within us. When we place our healing in the hands of others, rather than actively engaging in the process ourselves, we surrender our responsibility and ability to create meaningful change in our lives.
