Join us for the 3rd Annual Penn State EDS & HSD Patient Engagement and Global Collaboration Research Symposium—a free, full-day gathering designed to help people thrive with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD). Under the theme “How to Thrive with EDS: A Conference for Everyone,” you’ll find clear, accessible sessions to learn more about EDS/HSD, plus practical solutions for everyday life—from symptom self-management and navigating care to tools that make school, work, movement, and daily routines more manageable.

This event also creates meaningful two-way connection between clinicians and patients. Through interactive discussions and Q&A, attendees and healthcare professionals can share perspectives and co-identify ways to improve healthcare experiences and outcomes, strengthening understanding, trust, and collaboration across the community. Whether you join in person or online, expect actionable takeaways, supportive conversations, and new connections.
