The 360 Emergence Movement Lab
Overview
The 360 Emergence Movement Lab
Hello dancers, conscious movers, and embodiment enthusiasts!
We invite you to join us for an upcoming event with visiting Facilitator, Samantha Lane of The 360 Emergence - a global free-form embodiment practice co-founded by Amber Ryan and Kate Shela, with a growing number of practitioners and facilitators worldwide.
Samantha brings deep wisdom from certifications in The 360 Emergence, 5Rhythms, and Nia, with a lens of nervous system regulation held by her training in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness.
You can expect a dynamic, grounding, intentionally curated sober space at New City Center in Minneapolis, as well as clear communication before, during, and after.
You’ll find less structure than ballroom or choreographed dance, and more guidance than is typical with ecstatic dance. We practice moving our awareness of sensation and navigating the inner and outer terrain of our human experience.
We dance to understand being in a body and to give ourselves the opportunity to experience freedom from the limitations we have been conditioned to inhabit or have placed on ourselves.
Our combined embodied dedication, tenderness, and courage will create a container for energetic expansion and collective integration. Whether you’ve been dancing for years or have told yourself that you can’t, there is a space of belonging for you.
Additional registration options, including single day attendance, are available on our site at EmbodimentEvent dot com.
This is a unique opportunity to move authentically, in a supportive space curated for compassion and connectedness. We hope to see you there!
