What time do doors open for the concerts?

Doors open at 6:30 pm on Friday and Saturday, with the show beginning at 7:00 pm with a great opening act. All are invited to a social hour before the performance in Founders Hall, beginning at 6 pm on Friday and 5:30 pm on Saturday.

Where do I park for the concerts?

In the parking lot in front of the church. If the parking lot is full, street parking is available.

What is the Jazz Mass?

The Jazz Mass is a Sunday church service featuring music. The service begins at 10:30, is free, no tickets needed but come a little early- the space fills up! Parking is limited on Sunday, so using ride share or carpooling is recommended. If the parking lot is full, please look for street parking.

Join us for two unforgettable evenings of live jazz music on November 7 and 8 and a Jazz Mass on Sunday, November 9 at 10:30 am, at St. James' Episcopal Church. Our headliner, world-class musician, composer, arranger and educator, Diego Rivera will bring his unique blend of straight-ahead jazz fused with music inspired by his Latino background and heritage. Opening acts on each night will highlight the brilliant spirit of Austin's own up-and-coming student musicians.
