Jessica Robinson, Founder & CEO of PurePoint International, will share her viewpoint on what advocacy is and how to be an advocate in the workplace, using examples from her own career and work at PurePoint International.

The discussion will be facilitated by DRIVEN Founder, Deborah Goldstein, from the perspective of creating a workplace culture of psychological safety, which is a prerequisite for true inclusion.

Attendees will leave with actionable takeaways about how to cultivate the traits of inclusive leadership and how to be a more proactive advocate in the workplace.

Dr. Teri Cooper

Dr. Terri Cooper believes a strong culture of inclusion is key to serving clients with distinction, as complex global challenges increasingly require diversity of thought and experience. As Chief Inclusion Officer for Deloitte US, Dr. Cooper is a member of Deloitte’s Management Committee. In her role, Dr. Cooper spearheads Deloitte’s strategy to engage professionals throughout the talent lifecycle and foster a culture where everyone feels like they can connect, belong, and grow.

A Principal in Deloitte’s U.S. Consulting practice, Dr. Cooper has spent more than two decades in leadership and strategic advisory roles in the life sciences and health care industries. Most recently, she served as Deloitte’s Global Healthcare Sector leader in the US. Before becoming a consultant, she spent eight years in the pharmaceutical industry, in roles ranging from basic research to clinical development, regulatory affairs, sales, marketing, new product development, and licensing. She contributed to the launch of a major new pharmaceutical brand while also maintaining the growth of older existing products in competitive therapeutic markets.

Dr. Cooper holds a Joint Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Pharmacology and a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of London, U.K.

Jessica Robinson

Jessica Robinson is CEO at PurePoint International, and leader of the brand Consciously Secure Living (CSL). Since the company started, CSL had addressed unique and important concerns raised by members in our PurePoint community to support our leaders where they are and help them create inner security so they can create outer security for those they care about most, particularly, vulnerable populations, including people of color, women and Black communities.

PurePoint International helps CEOs and C-level leaders bridge the gap between cyber risk, data risk and privacy. PurePoint International provides cybersecurity consulting and training for financial services, insurance and other middle market global companies from startup to $350M in revenue.

Jessica’s vision to create a different kind of security company has earned the company and award for International Affairs and Women’s Security from Jaycees Philippines-New York Chapter. Jessica is also on the board of the authentication technology company Netlok and non-profit organization called World Pulse.

Jessica received her BS in law and security at Western Illinois University and a Master’s in Public and International Affairs with a focus in Security and Intelligence Studies, with an East Asian Studies Certificate, from the University of Pittsburgh. Jessica has attended Columbia University’s Institute for Personal Leadership Program, NYU’s Tandon Cybersecurity Bridge Program and has been a fellow with the Impact Center and the Center for Social Innovation’s Agents of Change Program.

Deborah Goldstein

Deborah ‘Goldie’ Goldstein is a seasoned consultant and coach to New York City, national and international organizations that have made creating and maintaining a healthy, inclusive and productive workplace culture a core value. Deborah’s areas of focus are in Intentional Productivity and Workplace Diversity & Inclusion. She is certified in Conversational Intelligence®, which is rooted in the neuroscience of conversations and informs the foundation of all of her programming, facilitation and coaching. She has also earned a certification in Diversity Coaching from a joint venture between Diversity Coaching Institute and Howard University.
