Join the Graduate & Professional Student Association for the annual semi formal all school gala and enjoy a night filled with dancing and a taco bar at one of the most classic San Francisco venues--the Exploratorium!

A negative COVID test result within 24 hours of March 4 will be required.

Each UCSF student is allowed to purchase up to two tickets (one for themselves and one for a guest). Photo ID & UCSF ID will be required at the door for you and your guest (guest does not have to show a UCSF ID). Please bring a printed copy of your ticket(s) or have it ready to be scanned on your phone when checking in the night of the event. Outside drinks (including containers) are not allowed in the venue. Personal items including jackets will be checked by security at the door.

Details about the COVID test requirements will be emailed out starting on Wednesday with reminders on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

COVID Tests

All attendees including guests of UCSF students must show a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test at check-in or they WILL NOT BE ALLOWED into the event.

A home rapid test or PCR test is acceptable from either Friday, March 3 or Saturday. March 4. Tests cannot be taken earlier than Friday.

If using a PCR test, have a copy of the results ready on your phone (your name and date of test must be visible).
If using a home rapid test, you will be asked to show a picture on your phone. The photo must include the negative test result next to your ID. See example in event FAQ page.
