Agenda 6:30 AM – Arrival Check in, settle in, and get ready for the morning session. 6:35 AM – Group Workout A 45-minute, all-levels workout designed to energize the body and build shared challenge. (6:35-7:20 7:25 AM – Short Talk by Guest Speaker A focused, powerful message to set the tone for the day. 7:30AM – Connection Mingle, meet other men, talk goals, share wins, and build real relationships. (7:30-8:00) 8 AM Event concludes.
