Please don’t attend the first ever Thank You for Not Coming: The Ultimate Zero Waste Event. That’s right: No searching for parking. No dressing up. No small talk. No cheesy swag bags. No live auction. And all the benefits still support Tech Dump’s social enterprise mission.

• To make sure fans of Tech Dump’s social and environmental mission don’t have FOMO, a link to the “live” video of the evening will be sent out on the evening of November 12th. “Attendees” can participate in the fundraiser from the comfort of their own home!

• The very special evening at the Midpointe Event Center will be hosted by Tane Danger of The Theater of Public Policy, will feature a training program graduate, sponsor thank-yous, hard-drive shredding—and no one in attendance.

• You’re even encouraged to post on social media about what you are doing instead of attending the event in person. “I’m happily eating pizza and playing with my dogs tonight while simultaneously attending a gala fundraiser! So happy to not have to dress up! Our team sponsored a table and we are all having our own version of a great night. #ThankYouForNotComing”
