The Topanga Film Festival is turning 20 — and while there’s no festival this year, we’re throwing a birthday bash extravaganza you won’t forget.
On Saturday, November 8th at Froggy’s in Topanga, join us for a one-night-only celebration of cinema, music, food, and community.
This is not just a party. It’s a living installation of TFF’s spirit, with:
- DJ Jeremy Sole (KCRW, Afro Funke) spinning an unforgettable set
- Poster exhibitions from two decades of Topanga Film Festival history
- Immersive projections that turn Froggy’s into a cinematic dreamscape
- Live happenings and performances inspired by TFF’s experimental roots
- Food & Open Bar included with entry
- Eclectic lights, décor, and playful surprises
And because no Topanga Celebration is complete without culinary delights and an extra dash of community spirit, the winners of past Topanga Chili Cook-Offs will be in the kitchen!

Why This Year Is Different
There is no full festival in 2025. Instead, we’re marking our 20th anniversary with this one-night gathering. Think of it as both a celebration and a preview of what’s to come. In 2026, TFF will return reimagined for a new era - for now though, as we lay the groundwork for an invigorating, purposeful future, we are taking a sacred & celebratory pause to honor two decades of cinema, storytelling and community.
