Textile Printing Workshop
Come join us at The Darlene Lounge for a hands-on Textile Printing Workshop! This workshop has been designed to be fun for all levels of printmaking experience--from "I thought linoleum was for bathroom floors" to "Julie DeGraag deserved better." Participants will be carving their own block print then printing on 2 shirts.
However printmaking is only half as fun without community, so using each others' blocks will be encouraged and the instructor will have her own carved blocks for participants to use! All materials will be provided. However, participants are encouraged to bring more items for printing on so long as they are 100% cotton! (it's important for the ink staying)
