Texoma Medical Center - Stroke Support Group

Texoma Medical Center (TMC) hosts a monthly Stroke Support Group for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Attendees can hear from speakers who focus on specific stroke-related topics.

TMC is an accredited Level II Primary Stroke Facility (Texas Department of Health Services) and a Primary Stroke Center (The Joint Commission). For 2024, we are proud to have earned the American Heart Association®/American Stroke Association® Get With The Guidelines® - Stroke Gold Plus with Honor Roll Elite Plus designation, which is the highest level of recognition a stroke facility can receive for thrombolytic performance and stroke metrics. We have also earned the Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite award, Advanced Therapy award, and Target: Type 2 Diabetes™ Honor Roll award.

Location: Blue Willow Café located on the first floor of the Gateway Central Building (formerly the Cigna Building and the same building where TMC Outpatient Therapy Services is located).
