The Child Care Administrator Credential Program, also known as the Texas Director Credential Program, equips aspiring and current Child Care Directors with the foundational skills needed to excel in leadership roles. This comprehensive course focuses on building and sustaining effective organizations, guiding participants through the essential principles of childcare administration, leadership, and operational excellence.
Upon completion, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to successfully manage childcare programs while fostering a positive and compliant environment. This credential is accepted by Texas Health & Human Services and meets the state's requirements for childcare director qualifications.

- Age: Must be 21 years old or older.
- Education: Must have a High School Diploma or College Degree (transcripts required).
- Experience: Must have at least two years of relevant experience. (Review licensing codes for the specific position you are pursuing, such as After School Program Director or Child Care Director). You may submit a résumé or a letter from a previous employer as documentation.

- Schedule: Day 1 (8am-1pm), Day 2 (8am-1pm), and Day 3 (Self-Instructional Training)
