Menu:

Soup: Vegetarian Tortilla Soup garnished with Cheesy Tortilla Crisp

Salad: Starburst Grapefruit and Spinach Salad wtih Strawberries, and a Citrus Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Entrée: Grilled Dry-Rub Flank Steak with a bold Barbecue sauce served with Yukon Gold Potato Puree, Tex-Mex Black Bean Salad, and warm Jalapeno Cornbread
