A night of traditional fiddle music and Gaelic song in Grimsay, North Uist with Teud and launching our debut EP!
TEUD (meaning string in english) - The Hebridean Fiddle Project is a collaboration between fiddlers; Claire Frances MacNeil (Barra, Mòd Traditional Singing Gold Medal winner 2024), Shona Morrison (Skye) and Jamie MacDonald (Tiree). Each drawing on the musical and cultural heritage of their individual islands, culminating in a performance of Gaelic music and songs showcasing the ‘Hebridean fiddle style’.
Tea & coffee available at half time for a donation to Grimsay Community Association.
