Join Maize Cocina & Cocktails on Wednesday, December 10th for a special 5-course, mole-inspired dinner paired with premium tequilas, mezcal & sotol in partnership w/ La Pulga.
The evening will be led by Maize's own Chopped champion Chef Jesa, and Chef Isaias, formerly of NYC’s Cosme and Atla. Together, they’ll showcase mole’s depth through modern technique and bold flavor.
Each course will be paired with hand-selected agave spirits, guided by La Pulga’s team, who will share tasting notes and insights throughout the night. Chef Jesa and Chef Isaias will explain how each pairing enhances the dish and the spirit.
Hosted in a private space within Maize’s historic train station, this immersive dining experience offers an intimate evening of flavor and storytelling.
