Will there be food available at the VIP events and the day of the signing?

The Country Throwdown VIP event will be catered and food is included in your ticket! There will be a concession option to purchase snacks during the signing portion of the event and during the VIP Afterparty. There will also be a cash bar at the VIP afterparty.

Question 2

Is the Meadowview Resort and Convention Center handicap accessible?

Meadowview does provide many handicap accessible amenities. This can be found on their website.

Question 3

Can I leave and re-enter the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You are able to re-enter the event once you have completed registration.

Question 4

What is there to do in and around Kingsport, TN?

Accepted Answer

Tennessee offers a wide variety of activities including hiking, escape rooms, and breweries/distilleries, mini golf, and more less than an hour of driving distance from Kingsport, TN.

How old do you have to be to attend?

Accepted Answer

Though we are not requiring you to be 18 or older for the 2025 event, and we understand the difficulties with childcare, this event is not child friendly. We recommend those in attendance are AT LEAST 13 years of age or older. Some may have explicit, NSFW artwork, covers, and items at their booths.

I can no longer attend, can my ticket be refunded?

Unfortunately, all tickets are nonrefundable. We do have a resell thread on our Facebook group page for those who are looking to sell their tickets. There is no guarantee that your ticket will be purchased but is an option for those who can no longer attend.

Question 7

The author I wanted to see can no longer attend, can my ticket be refunded?

Unfortunately, sometimes life happens, and authors are no longer able to attend. It's something we can only hope that doesn't happen, but understand when it does. We do not offer refunds on tickets because an author, narrator, or vendor backs out.
