Tenkoku & Washi Lantern-making Event

During this event you will have the opportunity to make your own Tenkoku! Tenkoku is a Japanese stamp seal that is engraved with Ten-sho style characters.

For this event, an instructor will find a suitable one-kanji character for your name. You can use it afterwards to stamp your own Washi paper lantern!

Save your lantern to display it at the Kintai Bridge Art and Culture Festival on November 8 and 9!

Tenkoku stamp seal: ¥3,500

Washi Lantern: ¥2,000

Stamp seal ink (Optional): ¥3,500

Payments will be made on-site the day of the event. Yen cash only.
