As winter draws us inward, this is a night to reconnect with the warmth that lives at the center of your being. Join us for an immersive Ecstatic Dance and Sound Journey designed to help you tend your inner flame—your vitality, clarity, and creative spark—during the quiet season of rest and renewal.

We’ll begin by arriving into the space with a community circle and gentle grounding, warming up the body and opening the breath. The dance will gradually build from subtle embers to full-bodied movement, inviting you to reclaim heat, passion, and momentum from the inside out. After the dance, settle into a deep Sound Journey where tones, textures, and vibrations support your body and mind in integrating the energy you’ve awakened.

This evening is an invitation to listen inwardly, move intuitively, and reconnect with your own source of warmth.

All levels of experience are welcome.

About the Facilitators:

Noe Leon is a live-looping artist offering immersive journeys for the soul to regenerate within the container of dance and resonatory music, blending inspiration and tones from across the world—seen and unseen—into the collective moment. The intention is to intuitively channel what the collective is going through and what needs the most attention through mind, body, and spirit. Moving through sounds and sonic colors that work through our being together.

Treya Jaholkowska is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach. Her work blends sacred music and ancient practices to support healing and inner alignment. With 3 decades on a spiritual path—including time spent in ashrams, monasteries, and Indigenous ceremonies—Treya offers grounded, heart-centered experiences that awaken the body, mind, and spirit.
