Your body is your temple, let's train it like one. Join me for a faith-based fitness experience merging prayer, education, and movement.
Temple Training is a faith-filled wellness workshop created to teach you how to honor God with your body through intentional movement, discipline and simple nutrition. We'll walk through simple fitness foundations, nourishing habits and the heart posture behind treating your body like the temple it is. My goal is to help you connect your physical health to your spiritual walk with Christ in a supportive and beginner-friendly enviornment. A community of women growing closer to Jesus while becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.
