Flappers Comedy Club and Restaurant, located in the heart of Burbank, California, has been a cornerstone of the Los Angeles comedy scene since its opening in 2010. Owner Barbara Holliday, a successful Comedian, Entrepreneur and Trainer is known for blending vintage 1920’s Hollywood charm with a contemporary comedy experience. Flappers offers a dynamic lineup of established headliners, such as Jerry Seinfeld, Maria Bamford, Kevin Hart, Gabriel Iglesias, Bill Burr, Dana Carvey, Adam Sandler, Christopher Titus, Jimmy Dore, Rob Schneider, and Craig Shoemaker as well as up-and-coming talent, and celebrity drop-ins. The venue features multiple showrooms, including the intimate Yoo Hoo Room (60 seats) and the larger Main Room (200 Seats) both hosting nightly shows that span stand-up, improv, and live podcasts.

More than just a comedy club, Flappers boasts a full-service restaurant and bar with a menu that creatively riffs on classic American fare. The club also serves as a hub for comedy education, offering classes and workshops through the Acomedy Academy dba Flappers University program, covering stand-up, writing, hosting, and industry business skills.
