Enjoy the LIVE streaming of the Telethon for Hope on the big screen while you share, like, comment, and GIVE. Be entertained by Cape Cod Broadcasting's Matt Pitta as the evening’s MC, and enjoy local food and beverages.

We encourage you to fundraise in advance or the night of to receive incentives from different giving levels. Tap into your social network of family, friends, and colleagues and help HAC address the region's housing issues on Cape Cod and the Islands while giving hope to the more than 5,000 individuals and families we serve on an annual basis.
