Description

Discover how using the same basic ingredients for most baked goods (flour, water, salt, fat, and leavening agents) can create a variety of different (and delicious) results.  You'll practice several  methods to assemble the ingredients and  explore how small changes in technique can have a large effect on the quality of your flaky biscuits, tender scones, freshly- baked muffins, and moist & fluffy  tea breads.

TEENS. For ages 13-17.

Please escort your Teen to the Cooking School where you will sign in. Teens will not be released from the Cooking School until the adult who signed them in returns to pick them up. The temperature in our Cooking Schools can vary so please ask your Teen to dress in layers, with long hair pulled back, and in closed toe shoes.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
