About the Event:

The workforce is evolving, and traditional leadership styles are losing their effectiveness. Practices that once benefited both organizations and employees are expected to lose applicability in the coming years with the increase of Generation Z in the workforce and with AI's ability to complete routine tasks, employee priorities and mindsets are shifting away from conventional 'work'.

Consequently, leaders are now being called more than ever to focus on efficiency and operate in a values-based environment, and with the anticipated 30% of the workforce comprised of next-generation leaders by 2030, leadership adaptation is critical now to ensure ongoing operations and organizational sustainability.

Come learn from an array of panelists, who represent several industry sectors, on how they are pioneering change today, to be ready for this tectonic workplace shift.
