Technology that Cares: Women’s Health in a Digital World is a women-only conversation exploring how technology shapes physical and mental wellbeing.
Our expert panel brings perspectives from HealthTech, AI ethics, data privacy, and mental health care.
Together, we will discuss how digital tools impact women’s health, how to ensure privacy in a tech-driven world, and how innovation can remain rooted in human care.
The session will be animated by Aïcha Gansonré and Maggy Richmond, Co-Leads of the BWC Women’s Committee.

Lynn Doughane – Co-Founder & COO, Juno Technologies
Lynn Doughane is the cofounder and COO of Juno Technologies, an award-winning startup developing an innovative medical device for menstrual pain relief. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in industrial engineering specializing in innovation and technology management.
She has been recognized among C2 Montréal’s Top 25 Emerging Entrepreneurs and named one of Canada’s Top 25 Immigrants for 2025.

Manuela Rigaud Théodore – Psychoeducator and Co-Founder of Zen dans ma tête
Manuela Rigaud Théodore is a psychoeducator and mental health therapist specializing in emotional intelligence development and psychosocial risk prevention. She holds a master’s degree in psychoeducation from the Université de Montréal and has worked across clinical settings, including the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal and employee assistance programs.She is the founder of Envol Psychosocial, a mobile mental health service for children, and a co-founder of Zen dans ma tête, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting mental health for individuals in vulnerable situations.
Marsha Bazile, Information Technology Auditor
Marsha Bazile works in the cybersecurity field as an IT Auditor. In addition to cybersecurity, her interests include the place of girls and women in the IT and cybersecurity fields and women's health, especially for racialized women. These interests are reflected in her involvement within organizations like Technovation Montréal, Black Ladies in Tech and her participation as a columnist on the radio show 20 ans branchées on CIBL.
