There will be a focus on helping companies achieve their diversity and inclusivity initiative with more diverse candidates to their talent pool. *Aside from the brief company intro at the beginning of the event, companies (priority to Platinum members) will have the option to give a presentation workshop where you get a chance to tell more about your company and culture. The core of the workshop should not be a sales pitch(a brief intro is OK) but something of value for the job seeker (resume/your interview process/tips/culture/etc.) with diversity & inclusion focused on non-traditional background topics preferred.
