Can more than one person from my company attend?

Once registered, you are welcome to forward your calendar invite to others in your organization.  However, only one person from each organization will be granted time to introduce themselves.  Please ensure your spokesperson is prepared and ready when your company's name is called.

How will I know my time is up?

Accepted Answer

A timekeeper from Apprentice Now will be in charge of keeping time and will cut off those who go over.  If necessary the speaker will be muted by the host.

How will contact information be shared?

We have found that the best results for both employers and candidates is to verbally share your contact information, show your contact information by sharing your screen and a short slide deck, and most importantly, sharing your contact information in the group chat for all to see.

Events are filled on a first come first serve basis.  However, in the interest of giving candidates as many different employers to choose from, Apprentice Now, at is own discretion, may ask a repeated registered company's to please wait for future event.
