Most jobs don’t fail because of lack of skill. They fail because of communication breakdowns, tension on teams, or not knowing how to work well with different personalities.

This in-person Power Hour helps you build practical teamwork and collaboration skills you can use immediately at work, in school, or on projects. We focus on how to communicate clearly, handle differences, and be someone others trust and want to work with.

During this session, you will:

• Learn what strong teamwork actually looks like in real workplaces
• Build communication skills that support collaboration
• Practice navigating different personalities and work styles
• Learn how to handle conflict without making things worse
• Gain confidence contributing on teams and group projects

SkillZilla Power Hours are practical, supportive, and built for real life. You do not need leadership experience or a management role to benefit from this session.

This Power Hour can be attended as a standalone session and also connects to SkillZilla cohorts and future opportunities.
