A 90-minute, hands-on workshop where Executive Directors and their teams use visual arts to sharpen how they work together. Led by Creative Nomads, the experience blends creative making with practical leadership skills so teams can practice collaboration, negotiation, time management, and clear communication in real time.

What to expect: Two facilitators guide structured prompts and timed rounds as participants paint on imprinted canvases. You’ll make individual pieces that connect into one collective artwork, revealing patterns in roles, decision-making, and team dynamics. The process is designed to be fast, engaging, and immediately applicable to day-to-day operations.
