Join us for a hands-on cooking class in the Teaching Kitchen, led by Registered Dietitian Eliza Leone and Senior Sous Chef Mark Thompson. Together, we’ll help you build culinary skills, boost your kitchen confidence, and learn about food and nutrition—all while preparing your very own dinner.

This class features homemade potato gnocchi tossed with basil, arugula, lemon, olives, parmesan, red pepper flakes, and a creamy Greek yogurt sauce. Gnocchi is often called “pillowy” for its light, fluffy texture, and it’s a great entry point into pasta-making since it’s shorter and simpler than traditional flour-based pasta.

The potatoes will be pre-cooked and provided, but the gnocchi will be made fresh in class. All tools and ingredients are supplied—just bring yourself and your appetite!
