Have you ever wondered how what exactly is in a bird's nest? Join us as we located, collect and deconstruct bird nests looking for trash!
Calling all informal and formal educators! Join the DNERR Education and Stewardship teams as we host an in depth workshop about our Trash Birds project. Throughout the two-day workshop, taking place on December 9-10, we will provide information about our ongoing project, hands on opportunities in nest searching, nest deconstruction, and tools for starting your own observational project.
This is a two-day workshop taking place on December 9 and 10 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Each day will discuss different aspects of the project and have both inside and outdoor hands on components.
