Hi tea lovers! Join us for a deep dive into the enchanting world of Phoenix Dancong Oolong — the aromatic treasure of Guangdong’s Phoenix Mountain!

In this session, we’ll explore the unique heritage and growing environment of Fenghuang (Phoenix) Mountain, home to centuries-old tea trees and one of the most diverse oolong traditions in China.

You’ll learn about the different Dancong aroma types (such as Mi Lan Xiang, Ya Shi Xiang, and Zhi Lan Xiang), the meticulous processing techniques that preserve these notes, and the cultural stories behind each variety.

Get ready for a guided tasting of several exquisite Dancong teas, and discover why this oolong is often called “perfume in a cup.”
