What if I need to turn my camera off during the training?

That’s okay! We understand that life happens. While we encourage having your camera on for engagement and attendance, if you need to have it off, that is acceptable. Just be present and participating.

Is this training approved by DBHDID in Kentucky?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This training is fully approved by the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) as the required 12-hour core training for Targeted Case Managers.

Question 3

Will I receive a certificate?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. All participants who complete the full 12 hours will receive a certificate of completion that is accepted by DBHDID and valid for employment and TCM licensing and billing purposes.

Do I need to attend all three sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, full attendance (12 hours total) is required to receive your certificate. The training is divided into two 6-hour day time sessions. - I also offer it in the evening hours for those with a tight schedule.

Will I receive the training materials or notes?

Yes! You’ll receive a digital packet of training notes and reference materials before the first session.
