T&C Cellar Presents: Brain Weapon Comedy Show

Join us Saturday, August 23rd, from 7:30–10PM for an unforgettable night of stand-up in the Brewer’s Cellar at Torch & Crown Brewing Company in SoHo.

Brain Weapon Comedy is one of Brooklyn’s most popular comedy shows, known for smart, fast-paced, and hilarious lineups featuring comics with serious credits and cult followings. We’re bringing the show to Torch & Crown for the first time, and this lineup is stacked.

Previous guests have appeared on America’s Got Talent, Comedy Central, FOX, Netflix, MTV, Conan, The Late Show, and more!

This month’s lineup includes:

Andre Medrano (@numberoneandre)Your host and the creator of Brain Weapon Comedy, Andre has performed at San Francisco Sketchfest, Vermont Comedy Club, and Flyover Comedy Festival. He’s been featured on ViceTV and Peacock, and co-produces the hit show WYR.

Caitlin Peluffo

@caitlinpeluffo Is a nationally touring headliner who has appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central, The Late Late Show with James Corden and more! She is the host of the popular podcast Good Time Gal and her recent set on Don’t Tell Comedy is viral (in the cool way duh). Come check her out at Torch & Crown in Soho on August 23!

James Mwaura

@realjamesmwaura is a comedian who came up in the Bay Area and now calls New York home! He just got back from Just for Laughs and has appeared at Big Pine Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, Punchlines and Improvs across this great land of ours! Come see James make his #brainweaponcomedy debut on the 23rd at Torch & Crown

Tom Feeney

@tomsfeeney is a comedian, podcaster, and creator we are super stoked to have on the show! He founded the Orlando Indie Comedy Festival and performs clubs and festivals around North America. Cherith Fuller

@cherith_fuller is such a “Cool, Chill Girl” that she named her stand up album that and it went to number 2 on iTunes! She has appeared at Laughing Skull, Limestone Comedy Festival and more. Cherith’s writing has been featured in The Cut, Reductress, and Playboy Mexico. Come on out to Torch & Crown on 8/23 and see her live!

Matt Benjamin

@mattbenjamincomedy is a super funny comic originally from Michigan. He was the runner-up in this year’s Riot Comedy Festival. He is a regular at New York Comedy Club, Rodney’s, and more. We are super excited to have him on #brainweaponcomedy on the 23rd of this month!
