Please arrive by 8:45am, doors will lock at 8:50am and you will be not allowed to take class if you are late if doors are locked. Please bring a black soft mat and a small set of dumbbells that can be easily purchased for cheap at Walmart, five and below, Ross ETC

Classes will be held every Saturday and Sunday at 9am for a 4 week duration. Let's get ready to lose some weight. Please look out for an email with further instructions for the challenge, this is very important to be sure you have your meal plan, private group access, challenge rules and additional info, If you do not receive am email 48 hours after your ticket purcahse, Please check your spam and junk mail.
