Tasting Class: Wine Cellar Selections

There’s no denying the pleasure that comes from enjoying a mature, peak-drinking wine from your collection. There are plenty of wines out there that are easy to find and afford, but how do you know which ones are worthy of being tucked away for two, five, or 10 years, or even more? Curtis Eaton will shed some light on the subject of aging wines and when to drink them.
