When and where is the event?

The event is Thursday, October 16th and will be throughout various parts of Pinecrest. When arriving, you will receive a Taste of Pinecrest Passport to guide you to all participating retailers and sponsors.

Are tickets limited?

YES! This is a limited-capacity event, so we recommend purchasing tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, if we do not sell out of tickets. We highly recommend purchasing in advance as this event may sell out. Day-of-event ticket availability is not guaranteed.

Is there a group discount?

Because this is an event that benefits The Gathering Place, a community organization supporting those touched by cancer, we are not offering group ticket discounts. However, this is the perfect event to attend with your friends!

No! The event is open to all ages. however, alcohol sampling will only be served to guests 21 and older with valid government-issued ID.

Absolutely! Families are welcome! Minors can enjoy food samples and non-alcoholic beverages at all participating locations. Plus there will be fun giveaways and entertainment to be enjoyed as well.

How does the passport work?

All ticket holders will receive a passport that guides you to all participating locations. Present it at each venue to receive your complimentary samples.

Where do I pick up my passport?
