Join Aviva Chansky Guttmann for an enlightening experiential workshop exploring Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, or tapping)—an accessible and powerful practice for calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, shifting limiting beliefs, and cultivating greater balance in your life.

Aviva will guide participants step-by-step through EFT, demonstrating how this gentle energy psychology approach can create meaningful shifts in both physical and emotional states. You’ll learn the origins of EFT, practice it for yourself, and leave with tools you can continue to use for stress relief and personal growth.

In this workshop, you’ll discover how to:

  • Use tapping to reduce stress and anxiety in real time
  • Deconstruct limiting beliefs that may be holding you back
  • Access a greater sense of serenity and presence in daily life
  • Apply EFT as a practical self-care tool anytime, anywhere

Aviva Chansky Guttmann is a licensed social worker, Advanced IMAGO relationship therapist, and ACEP Certified EFT Practitioner. She maintains a virtual private practice in the Hudson Valley of NY and offers in-person and virtual workshops on communication, relationships, and energy-based healing modalities. Aviva has shared EFT with schools, community groups, professional organizations, and business networks, and is currently expanding her training in Logosynthesis, another transformative energy psychology technique.

Handouts and practice materials will be provided, and participants are encouraged to arrive with a personal intention or area of focus to work on during the session.
