Join us for a fun and relaxed Face Yoga session, where we’ll explore simple yet effective techniques to lift, tone, and rejuvenate your face—no fancy equipment needed. After all, you always have your face with you! 😉
This session is perfect for anyone curious about natural ways to look and feel their best.
Here’s what we’ll do together:
✨ Practice easy exercises to tone and sculpt your facial muscles.
✨ Learn massage techniques to reduce tension, puffiness and press some power lifting points on our face.
✨ Boost your skin’s glow by improving circulation.
Whether you’re completely new to face yoga or have tried it before, this series is for
everyone who wants to feel more relaxed, radiant and with more energy.
Muscles on the face
We have lots of muscles on our face. It's best if we train all of them, also the ones on the head. And for sure we will train with all of them on our sessions. :-)
Different exercises affect different muscles on the face, neck and head as you can see from the pictures below.

* You don’t need any special preparation or prior knowledge. * Bring a small towel for wiping your hands and a glass of water. * Feel free to have a small mirror nearby so you can check if you’re doing the exercises correctly. * Apply your favorite cream beforehand.
