This guided journey blends exquisite practices for exploration. Including, tantric transmissions, working with breath, sound, movement, dance, conscious touch and/or authentic relating. Tapping into your physical, emotional & energetic body.

This is the second of a series of sessions crafted with love to support us in cultivating authentic connection and embracing more of ourselves, in layers getting to be present in naked truth.

MEET YOUR HOST

Janaina is a certified life and intimacy coach, tantra & yoga teacher, co-founder of Pussy Lab & founder of The Rising Woman. Passionate about embodiment and the connection between body and soul, she sees sexuality as a path to self-discovery and deeper connection to life.

She guides women and couples in reconnecting with pleasure and intimacy through private coaching. In her workshops and retreats, she creates spaces to cherish aliveness, honor the body, and soften into the heart for deeper love and connection. ✨
