This is a simple but intense and euphoric experience for anyone: singles, couples and all genders.
You will be led through Tantric meditational yoga to harness your life force energy through your chakras leading to a full body non touch orgasm and euphoric state.
This is a workout of soul and body.
Be prepared to be loud and epxressive. This is a safe place for your emotions whether they be expressed through laughter, tears, sound and/or climax.
Each person will be on a mat in the dark while we go through this as a group so that our energy is magnified.
As a warm up, we will go through a bioshaking exercise practiced in ashrams. This is an exercise of shaking out energies through the chakras to music.
All you need is a yoga mat and an open mind. You do not need a partner. No touch is required. It is LGBTQA friendly. You must be over 18.
