Tango for Fitness
Overview
This fitness-focused, beginner-friendly Tango class helps you connect both physically and mentally through simple but clear movements. You will focus on moving together with your partner as one unit by using well-communicated leading and following steps. Partners will feel comfortable and supported throughout the class. Learn the basic proper Tango posture and Tango steps--side, forward, backward--while improving your balance and space awareness. Don't be driven by the Tango music, but learn to interpret it, moving at a pace that feels natural and connected. This tango class is easy, welcoming, and great for all fitness levels! Come enjoy mindful movements, have better physical coordination, have fun and benefit overall from the gentle flow and fun of Tango!

Refund Policy: “Requests for a refund on a fee-based class not canceled by the college must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the beginning of the class. A $5 per person processing fee will be retained on all refunds unless the class is canceled or meeting times are changed by the college.”
